For this book I will act as the director, because I had a few underlying questions as I read this book?
1. Has anyone else had a problem with the idea of a child being aloud to simply fly away to a foreign place to visit a family member with no questions asked? This seemed to be the norm in both this book and The Reef of Death?
2. Do you believe Zindel put Dr. Cawley in this book to help Jackson or hurt Jackson? Was she in integral character for the ending of this book?
3. What relevence did the skull shape found in Stonehenge have to the beast itself?
4. The ending of the book leads us to believe that another occurance with a beast will happen in another 19 years.... does this leave us open to the idea of a sequel? |
